Junior Lego Robotics with Mechanical Functions
In this class, students will explore engineering and programming using the Lego WeDo 2.0 robotics set and the included visual drag and drop programming software. This class will run in two-week pairs. The first week (Prep Week) students will explore a WeDo model that performs a specific mechanical function. In the second week (Challenge Week) students will have to figure out how to adapt the sample model to recreate a real-life object. They will also program the robot’s movement.
